Eligibility: The *Dora Financial Giveaway Promotion* (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and have an open Dora Financial account ("Eligible Participants"). Employees of Dora Financial, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. For the purposes of the Promotion, family members are defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren (including "stepfamily"). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. This Promotion is sponsored by Dora Financial and is not in any way affiliated with or administered by USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union d/b/a USALLIANCE Financial or any other third party.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Dora Financial as final and binding in all matters relating to the content, including the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions and the exercise of discretion. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on October 15th and ends on October 30th at 3:00 PM EST(the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by 2:59 PM EST on the last day of the Promotion Period. Prizes will be awarded for each entry during the Promotion Period, as described below.

How to Participate: To participate in the Promotion, participants must follow the Dora Financial account on Instagram (@DoraFinancial), tag a friend (the more friends you tag, the more chances you have), share this post in their stories and tag us, have an open Dora Financial account, and send us a direct message with the email used to register with Dora Financial. Entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible.

If you do not already have a Dora Financial account, please visit www.dorafi.com or visit your local app store and download the Dora Financial app. It is free to download the Dora app and create an account.

Prize: The winner(s) will receive $50 (in their Dora Everyday account) and exclusive prizes from Dora. No substitution of the prize is allowed except at the discretion of Dora Financial. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. All responsibilities and taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winners Selection and Notification: The winners will be selected by random drawing under the supervision of Dora Financial. The winner(s) will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the end of the Promotion. Dora Financial is not responsible for the inability of winners to receive notifications due to privacy settings on social media accounts or for the incorrect entry of contact information. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, Dora Financial reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Limitations of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Dora Financial and its affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or damages arising from their participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.

Privacy: Any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Dora Financial's privacy policy.
